Description: University of Kentucky is at the momment seeking for Patient Services Coordinator Senior/UKHC right now, this vacancy will be placed in Kentucky. Primary responsibilities include: Hiring, training and supervision of all clerical staff for 24/7 coverage in Children's Services; Maintaining reco! rds including performance evaluations, process improvement plans, computer based learning, and performance audits; Coordinating specifications for and completion of minor renovation projects for service line, researches products, equipment,and specifications in collaboration with management team and justifies need for specific equipment; Orders supplies, equipment, and processes invoices according to University guidelines; processes departmental mail; and provides administrative support to Nursing Operations Administrators for Women's/Neonatal and Children's services; Coordinates activities for Nursing Operations Administrators and Patient Care Managers.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; interviewing skills and knowledge of scheduling through At Staff; data entry; proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred Education / Experience

Associate's Degr! ee with 4 years related experience. Experience in a medical se! tting required. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
