Direct the performance improvement activities under the direction of the Director of Qualityb.) Provides clinical resource and consultation to staff and patients.c.) Demonstrates expertise in evidence-based practice; implements methods and processes to sustain change in nursing practice, programs of care and clinical innovation.e.) Develops, implements/coordinates and evaluates specialty education programs for nursing staff in collaboration with nursing strategic plan.Hospital-wide expectations of all positions:a.) Presents self to patients/customers in a professional manner.b.) Actively demonstrates care and concern to patients/customers.c.) Actively listens to patients/customers.
