Description: Maxim Healthcare Services is in need of LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) right now, this position will be placed in Kentucky. Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking caring and responsible Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide dedicated homecare service to patients in Louisville and Mt. Washington, KY. Currently we have all shifts available on Full-Time, Part-Time and Per Diem schedules. Maxim welcomes all candidates with at least 1 year of experience; including 1 year of experience with Trachs, G-Tubes and Pediatric care. An ideal candidate is someone who is also experienced with Ventilators. For qualified candidates our office is pleased to arrange for Ventilator training.

• Louisville 40217: 7 days/week, 11:00p-7:00a and 8:00a-4:00p
• Louisville 40216: 7 days/week, 4:00p-12:00a and 12:00a-8:00a
• Louisville 40258: Sat/Sun, 7:00a-11:00p
• Louisville 40218: 7 Days/week, 10:00p-6:00a

We are seeking skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work within our clients’ homes providing direct patient care. Following a physician established plan of treatment and working under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services, our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) instruct patients and their families in proper treatment, help individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health. As a Maxim LPN you will assess and record symptoms and/or reactions and progress in patients, administer medications and assist in rehabilitation in accordance with the physician established plan of treatment. Maxim believes that qualified nurses are advocates and health educators for patients, families and communities.
