A skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located just 30 miles outside of Lexington in Danville, Kentucky providing inpatient and outpatient rehab services to patients needing post-surgical care, transitional care, respit/hospice care and long or short term care. Qualifications: Graduate of a school of Physical Therapy accredited with the APTA Current Licensure as a Physical Therapist and the ability to obtain state licensure Current CPR Certification required

Job Description:
Adhere to professional, ethical and legal standards of practice. Evaluate Patients using appropriate tests, skilled professional observation and supplementary information from other agencies and records. Interpret assessment findings and appropriately convey information to patients and other medical professionals Develop physical management plans for daily routines Evaluate and report on patients progress
