Health Management Resources (HMR ® ), a national health management company, is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join our obesity treatment program located in Lexington, Kentucky. HMR leads the field in state-of-the-art weight-loss treatment, providing intensive lifestyle education, personalized attention and follow up, with an emphasis on long-term weight and health management . We provide comprehensive medical management to help our patients achieve healthy weights and reduce the medical consequences of obesity.

Responsibilities include direct patient care and communication with primary care physicians and program medical staff. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that combines medical assessment and intervention with behavioral and educational treatment. The right person combines commitment to quality patient care, openness to training, flexibility and a desire to work intensively to positively impact patients’ present and future health.

We are looking for candidates with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, as well as solid assessment skills. Strong Med/Surg background and phlebotomy skills required; prior ICU/ED experience is a plus. Position is part-time and some early evening hours are required.
