Signature HealthCARE of Spencer County is a 12! 0-bed skilled nursing facility located approximately 30 miles from Louisville, in Taylorsville, Kentucky. We offer speech, occupational, and physical therapy specializing in cognitively impaired rehabilitation. We use traditional and innovative therapy techniques such as interactive games, and a state of the art multi-sensory room to improve the quality of life of our residents.

Job Requirements:
Physical Therapist Assistant:
1. Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program, culminating in a minimum of an Associate’s Degree.

2. Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state(s) where services are rendered.
