Location: Henderson Kentucky

Description: Community United Methodist Hospital, Inc. is at present recruited Registered Nurse (Emergency Room) Supplemental right now, this job will be placed in Kentucky. For complete informations about this job opportunity kindly see the descriptions. Plans, directs, and administers nursing care to patients during any stage of the entire life span. Utilizes nurse-to-nurse consult! ation with other nursing staff, such as Pediatrics, OB. Nursery, and Psychiatric, for special age groups or types of condition. The specific patient population served is reflected in the scope of care and practice statement for the Emergency Room. This care is based on the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs, in coordination with the medical plan of care. Under indirect, remote, periodic supervision. Establishes own daily work schedule, sequencing work in order of importance, and using independent judgment based on the needs of the patient, observing established departmental and hospital policies and procedures.

Required Skills

Graduated from a School of Nursing. Eligible to take NCLEX Exam and/or has Kentucky work permit or Kentucky Nursing License. Requires over two years of growth experiences and some formal system of continuing education to keep current in the ever-changing knowledge base of the job. Must successfully complete the nece! ssary components of the general staff nurse orientation progra! m and the Emergency Room Staff Nurse orientation program of Methodist Hospital.

Required Experience

Previous general staff nurse experience preferred, but not required.
