Description: Hardin Memorial Hospital is at the momment seeking for R.N. right now, this position will be placed in Kentucky. For complete informations about this position opportunity kindly see the descriptions. The RN is responsible for managing and providing nursing care for patient populations on the unit. This includes the immediate, short-term nursing care needs of patients as well as, planning for long-term needs.! The KY Nurse Practice Act and established HMH policies, procedures and standards of practice, determine the nurse's scope of practice.
Required Experience:
Graduate of school of nursing with current unrestricted KY license required. Requires good clinical, organizational, customer service and critical thinking skills. Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred on hire and required within 90 days of hire. Flexibility in work schedules, shift hours and job duties are required as well as basic computer skills. Minimum 2 years clinical experience in a acute care setting in pre-operative or postoperative surgical areas preferred. BSN preferred. Previous attendance record will be reviewed. Must work well under stress and exhibit good interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills. Shifts may vary and must be flexible to meet the needs of the unit.

Reports to the Unit Manager. Responsible to the Charge Nurse/House M! anager on shift.
