POSITION SUMMARY:
The Supervisor of the Senior Advocacy Customer Center is a leader within the Clinical Affairs Department. This Supervisor is responsible for d! elivering results in all areas of focus of Senior Advocacy Cus! tomer Service Center. Supervisor ensures that the clients/customers have the best experience.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supervises activities of Senior Advocacy Care Coordinators (SACCs) including training, evaluating, call scheduling, and assigning duties based on Clinical Affairs projects/priorities and workload. Assures that all team members of the Senior Advocacy Center sustain expected productivity.
2. Implements and maintains the post-discharge call program from pilot phase (1-2 offices) to company-wide (100+ offices) under the direction of CCO
3. Oversees Post discharge follow-up of patients enrolled in various disease programs.
4. Works with external software vendor, TouchPoint Care (TPC) and AFAM IS Dept. to develop and maintain interface with CLASS.
5. Conducts weekly team meetings with SACCs to review productivity, results, and any needed follow up.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or! related field preferred; experience may substitute for degree.
2. Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
3. Healthcare experience preferred.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to gather data, compiles information, review data, and create reports without errors.
7. Ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously with different deadlines.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Excel.
