Our! retirement community in Lexington, KY is looking for an RN ma! nager to lead the Personalized Living Program. The incumbent will work with residents and families assessing their needs and coordinating home services and home nursing services. It is an exciting time to get involved in the growing senior independent living and home care industries. Even more so, in consideration of this role’s responsibilities in alignment with “taking ownership†for the growth of the business.

Ideal Candidate
- Prior Supervisory or management experience
- Current KY RN licensure in good standing
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Strong team building and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbally and in writing), organizational and time management skills required
- Working knowledge of computer and MS Office Suite to include Word and Outlook required
- Exception! al ability to prioritize and multi-task in an extremely dynamic environment
- Effective problem-solving skills and strong desire make a difference
- Manages associates and scheduler in the program
- Develops business and marketing plans to grow the business
- Works with residents and families to develop plan of care to meet the needs for the resident
- Participates in community committees as appropriate
- Coordinates alternative resources for associates and families
- Coordinates orientation for all new Personalized Living Associates.
- Assists department coordinator in preparing for state survey or other regulatory processes
- Ensures complete and correct billing information is provided to the financial department
- Completes all necessary reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Complies with all Infection Control, Universal Precautions, and OSHA standards for t! he healthcare professional
