Will consider new graduates!National company interested in hiring a FNP! , Adult NP, Acute NP, or geriatric NP to do home visits. Will include physicals, follow ups for health plans, patients who have recently left hospitals, formulating treatment plans, etc. Will do approximately 5/day. Flexible schedule which will include four 10\'s or five 8\'s. No weekends unless that is preferable for you.Excellent compensation and benefits!More information: Responsibilities may include: 1) Conducting health risk assessments in seniors\' homes2) Home visits to assess members post-hospitalization3) Staying current with company training4) Maintaining working equipment and supplies5) Professional attire (lab coat optional) with photo id badge visible during visits6) Following recommended CDC vaccination guidelines for health care workers7) Provide own transportation to and from visits8) Returning completed forms to company within 24 hours of completionScheduling is done for NP’s Qualifications: Qualifications include: 1) License to practice nursing in your s! tate or ability to obtain one2) Masters Degree in Nursing3) Na! tional certification as Family/Adult/Acute/or Geriatric NP4)will consider new grad5) Superior interpersonal skills6) Excellent computer/phone skills7) Excellent organizational skills8) Customer Service awarenessCompany is a privately owned, nurse practitioner managed company, focused on health assessments and care coordination to seniors in their homes.
