More complete informations about this position opportunity please read the description below. RN Director needed for Community-Based Service Line to manage state funded home care services.

This position is responsible for the admini! stration of the day to day operations of the agency. This includes coordinating and completing assigned projects to effectively support the immediate and long range objectives of the company, responsible for eligibility and admission of the client/patient and supervision of care provided, implementing and maintaining administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies which assure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, enhancing the profitability of the agency and providing motivation and retention of a qualified staff and assure the quality of services delivered. This position also acts as a liaison with management staff and other departments throughout the company.

Requirements
Registered Nurse license required
Combined 3 years experience working in a managed care environment
Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, ability to travel as needed
Being dedicated to customer service
Having computer literacy a! nd proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
Being c! omfortable reviewing and working with financial data
State and federal regulation knowledge highly preferred
Additional background in accounting, business, healthcare management and/or finance preferred
Leadership experience required
