Description: Onward Healthcare is hiring Speech/Language Therapist/Pathologist - Schools right now, this career will be placed in Kentucky. Onward Healthcare is looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to fill an immediate need in a local rehabilitation center. The SLP will work to assess, diagnose, treat, and help to prevent disorders related to speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, swallowing, and fluency.

This SLP position will be contract based and pr! ovide competitive base bay and medical benefits. Relocation may also be provided for non-local speech language pathologist candidates.

Speech language pathologist job responsibilities will include:

Evaluating patient's speech and language abilities and level of function
Developing treatment plans, including short and long-term goals and methods to achieve identified goals
Communicating the patient's speech therapy program to the family and/or guardian
Keeping written documentation including evaluations, daily notes and weekly summaries

Position Requirements for a SLP Job:
Active in-state speech language pathologist license
