The Director of Nursing is responsible for oversight of the daily clinical and administrative operations of the nursing department to assure that each resident receives the necessary care and services to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well being, in accordance with their comprehensive plan of care. The appropriate candidate will possess the following:
- Active Kentucky Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 3+ years as a Director of Nursing (DON) in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) with some experience in a Not for Profit setting.
- Extensive knowledge of Medicaid
