Collaboration and coordination with HSO/CGO stakeholders, vendors and other internal stakeholders to resolve issues and develop mutually beneficial strategies and processes for implementing new clinical programs or processes.
Design, development and implementation of new processes and optimization of existing process design to support Medicare/Commercial clinical operations.
Defines measureable success criteria
Ongoing analysis and monitoring of Medicare/Commercial clinical operations and outcomes data.
Partnering closely with other members of project teams to define business requirements that support Medicare/Commercial clinical operations.
Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders to develop relationships, define business requirements and integration strategies for new plan acquisitions.
Facilitate meetings and develop rollout plans and procedures.
Preparation of presentations and/or communication materials to internal and/or external stakeholders.
Lead teams in the delivery of high-quality solutions that reach measurable metrics.

Qualifications
Role Essentials
Bachelorâs Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Bachelorâs degree in a related field
Strong organizational and prioritization skills and ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently under general instructions; be self-directed and motivated
3 years of managed care experience
Excellent PC skills (including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project)
Previous experience leading teams focusing on operational implementation
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to travel required (30%)
Role Desirables
Previous experience planning and managing projects preferred.
Previous experience with Medicare line of business preferred.
Previous experience with state and/or federal regulated environment such as CMS and NCQA preferred.
