Physical Therapist

Location: Louisville Kentucky

Description: Jewish Hospital & St. Mary's HealthCare is currently interviewing Physical Therapist right now, this job will be placed in Kentucky. VNA Nazareth Home Care (VNA), a service of Jewish Hospital & St. Mary’s HealthCare, has provided home care and wellness services to central Kentucky and southern Indiana communities for more than a century. Our innovative services and preventative health programs recognize the needs of our patients and promote the highest quality of life. VNA Nazareth Home Care has a team of registered nurses, social workers, companions, dieticians, pharmacists, aides and physical, occupational and speech therapists. The team provides care for Alzheimer’s disease, diabetes, mental health and ventilator use and offers programs for low vision, stroke management, wound management, better breathing, falls prevention, healthy heart and infusion therapy.

Required Experience:
The position requires at least one year of experience as a physical therapist in a clinical setting, or a documented clinical affiliation in home health while a student. Experience in the home care field is preferred.

Required Education:
Candidates for this position will have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited physical therapy program or a Bachelor's Degree and a certification from an accredited physical therapy program.

A current and unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the Commonwealth of Kentucky is required. A valid and unrestricted driver's license is also required.
