Director of Surgery .
Relocation is not provided and travel is not required.
This is a
Full-Time
position , working 1st Shift .
Overview
~Co! mpletes nursing hx & assessment accurately within expected time frames.
~Develops & prioritizes individualized plan of care.
~Administers meds correctly based on patient's age & clinical condition.
~Initiates and maintains intravenous access.
~Creates, maintains, and monitors a sterile field.
~Applies proper principles of prepping patient for procedure.
Job Skills/Requirements
Licensed in the state of KY as a Registered Nurse.
ACLS
Graduate of an approved School of Nursing; Basic Arrhythmia Course completion
One year experience in Nursing/Surgery preferred; Basic Operating techniques and procedures preferred.
On-Call required.
Education Requirements
- Associates Degree in Nursing
