Provides services at under the supervision/direction of the Project Offier, Nurse Coordinator or another contractor RN.
Enters all services delivered into the FOHS MIS
Provides nursing care requiring an understanding of diseases and illnesses sufficient to enhance communications with physicians, registered nurses, clients and client agencies
Follows general instructions in addition to established policies, practices and procedures
Uses judgment to vary sequence of procedures based on client's condition and previous instructions
