Signature HealthCARE of Spencer County is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility located approximately 30 miles from Louisville, in Taylorsville, Kentucky.

This facility is part of Serenity HealthCARE, LLC, an affiliate of Signature HealthCARE, LLC. Our innovative facility is bridging the gap between the past and present for those with Alzheimer's disease and related conditions. We embrace the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of each individual in our specially designed, person centered environment. We believe in providing extensive education resulting in highly trained caregivers while delivering safe, clinically appropriate medical care.

We are currently recruiting for a proven and experienced RN Weekend Supervisor for our skilled nursing facility, Signature HealthCARE of Spencer County, in Taylorsville, KY.

Part-time- Every Friday/Saturday/Sunday

Hours: 7A-7P

Minimum requirements: Must have a current RN license in KY with 1+ years previous LTC/psychiatric experience in a leadership/supervisory role required; the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment and embrace a servant leadership "hands on" approach to how we care for our residents with a "can do" attitude.
