Tailored Healthcare Staffing (THS), a leading therapy staffing company, is a looking for a Long Term Care Physical Therapist for a rural Kentucky health and rehab center. This position is located about 1 hour outside of Lexington, KY. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week. The contract length is 13 weeks. Physical Therapy Candidates will be required to:
• Evaluate patient’s medical history • Assess the cause(s) of the patients ailment • Measure patient’s basic motor functions • Formulate patient’s goals and develop a treatment plan • Establish a daily routine and timeline • Assess patient’s progress
