Assumes 24 hour accountability for planning, supervising and evaluating the care of patients and Nursing practice.
Th! e Service Line Manager is responsible and accountable for the provision of day-to-day leadership, management and development of the delegated service line(s), the efficient and cost-effective delivery of surgical procedures, and production of high quality patient outcomes. Shall cooperate with, support and participate in organizational and department goals and objectives to assure that those goals and objectives are achieved. Shall serve as "Manager on-call" and, in that capacity, shall be accountable for managing the entirety of the Perioperative Services Department.

Prior or current experience within the Operating Room is REQUIRED. Previous or current experience in Service Line Management is preferred.
