Therapeutic Nutritional Representative is responsible for all institutional accounts.
Sell and service all current and high potential customers within an assigned territory in accord with the call patterns and sales direction established by Sales management.
Utilize Abbott Nutrition's promotional materials and clinical studies to effectively communicate the clinical and scientific benefits of Abbott Nutrition products to targeted healthcare professionals.
Submit price requests that are complete, accurate and consistent the sales and margin goals of the organization.
Plan and organize in a manner that maximizes focus, selling effectiveness and productivity.
Effect! ively utilize all available resources, including Abbott Nutrit! ion service items, gratis, speaker’s bureau funds, special regional promotional funds, formal group funds and direct expense budgets.
Complete and submit all reports and administrative assignments in a timely manner.
Maintain current, detailed customer records including key account information and sales call results.
Candidates must reside in the territory being serviced or be willing to relocate, as occasional overnight travel may be required.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
:
A minimum of two years sales experience in a healthcare setting and/or clinical experience are required.
Registered Dietitians and Registered Nurses are strongly encouraged to apply.
Sales experience is desired, but not required.
Must demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills.
Must be able to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks; analytical, creative planning and orga! nization skills.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred Requirements:
Registered Nurse, Registered Dietician.
