Responsible for the overall growth of quality and financially viable rehabilitation programs for Orthopedic Center of Excellence (OCE). Plans, develops, implements and monitors business. Develops and evaluates effectiveness of employees and ongoing programs. The individual should have demonstrated excellent management, interpersonal communication, sales and marketing, leadership and organizational skills of the caliber required to successfully manage an Orthopedic Center of Excellence. Minimum of five (5) years' experience, with three (3) years in management in a healthcare setting. Graduate from an accredited program for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology currently licensed in state of practice OR a Registered Nurse in good standing and currently licensed in state of practice. Must have experience in managing a minimum of one million dollars ($1M) in program revenues. Demonstrates working knowledge of transdisciplinary issues. Must possess working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications and electronic communications. Must meet all local health regulations, pass a post-offer drug test, background check and a post-offer employment physical exam, if required. Must be able to travel extensively with overnight stays. Must maintain valid drivers license and necessary insurance coverage. Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodations. Must be a patient advocate. Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance Possesses ability to manage multiple tasks at one time without compromising deadlines. Demonstrates an ability to lead by example, train through doing and possess mentoring capabilities. Must have ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job. Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information. Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with other employees at all levels.
