The Children’s Peace Center at Our Lady of Peace is the largest and most comprehensive private provider of child/adolescent inpatient psychiatric care in the country. Our Lady of Peace operates a full continuum of services for patients from young children to seniors, with a special emphasis on psychiatric care for children and adolescents, including several special needs programs. Required Experience:
This position provides leadership in planning, organizing and coordinating the functions of an assigned patient care unit for a specific shift. This role may provide care to a various patient population throughout the life span.

Provides nursing care including administration of medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established nursing policies and procedures. Care provided is based on defined standards of patient care and nursing practice.

Psychiatric nursing experience preferred. One year of experience required if position is for the Resource Team or a PRN position. Minimum two years clinical nursing experience preferred. Able to complete Safe Crisis Management and perform Safe Crisis Management techniques.

Required Education:
Current RN license in the State of Kentucky, BSN preferred. BLS required.
