Location: Kentucky

Description: Infinity MedStaff is at the momment seeking for Director of Women's Services right now, this vacancy will be placed in Kentucky. Line will serve as the executive nurse leader for Labor/Delivery, OB/GYN, Nursery, and NICU Units at The Medical Center. The incumbent will be responsible for 24-hour operational oversight. He/She will serve as the strategic leader, set operational, financial and patient care/clinical delivery goals and work in a team oriented environment. The incumbent will establish timely, accurate and clear communication with management team, staff and all departments. Assume independence in making decisions for area of responsibility within the framework of the organization.

This individual selected for this position will oversee 4 areas within the nursing arena. They include Labor/Delivery, OB/GYN, Nursery and NICU. Through collaboration with administration and other departments of the hospitals, the Director will provide the leadership attributes that demonstrate best practices and clinical outcomes. Essential skills include strong written and verbal communication, strong analytical, financial, organizational, and interpersonal skills, broad functional experience in areas of strategic planning, business development, and program implementation, and a high level of knowledge regarding regulatory standards. This position reports to the Chief Nursing Office.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Work Experience :
4-years nursing management experience.

Education and Training :
Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. Master's degree required. MSN preferred.

Licensure/Certification :
Current Kentucky RN license or RN license in a State recognized by the Kentucky Nurse Licensure Compact Act required effective June, 2007.

Compensation/Salary

Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. (84,820.07 min. - 106,039.07 mid. - 127,234.60 max.).
